Hypnosis is a totally natural state of mind. It usually involves the person experiencing a sense of deep relaxation with their attention narrowed down and focused on appropriate suggestions made by the therapist. These suggestions help people to make the positive changes within themselves.

Hypnotherapy is a two way process between the therapist and the client. A person cannot be hypnotised unless he or she agrees and co-operates and nobody can make you do anything you do not want to do.
